Beschreibung : First commercial space letter of China.

A full color book, with photos of the mission and recovery helicopter, a sheetlet of 15 vignettes, A 5 page certificate with cancel and rubber stamp of the Chinese space center.

The postmarks on the front of the cover are made before packaging into the spaceship. On the back the recovery cancel is added when successful un-packaging the recovered playload.

This same kind of "recoverable satellite" will be later named Shenzhou, this is a space capsule capable of supporting manned missions.

The purpose of this 20th mission was a precision guided long duration flight, to check accuracy and reliability of the system.

This document is the Chinese equivalent of PCSE (Premier Courrier Spatial Européen) wich was on board ARD capsule launched by ARIANE 5. (see cover K 922 )
