Beschreibung : Anomaly : stamp of 1983 on a 1984 timbre. Automatic cargo ship Progress 18 was launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome aboard a Soyuz rocket. It still featured the same launch shroud as the Soyuz, though this was purely for aerodynamic purposes as the launch escape system had been deactivated.
