Beschreibung : Ovzon 3 is the first privately funded and developed Swedish geostationary satellite ever to be launched. It`s also the most powerful GEO satellite ever to be put into orbit, covering 1/3 of the earth via its steerable spot beams.

Launched by Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral, Florida, Ovzon 3 Over a span of 3-4 months, Ovzon 3 will utilize its internal electric propulsion system to gradually transition from the transfer orbit to its designated geostationary orbit position.
