Beschreibung : This Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS II 7 & 8) satellite was launched from Cape Canaveral aboard a Titan 3C rocket. It was one of a series of satellites that provided secure voice and data communications for the US military.
Its capacity was 1300 voice channels or 100 Mbps of data.
