Beskrivning : This Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS II 7 & 8) satellite was launched from Cape Canaveral aboard a Titan 3C rocket. It was one of a series of satellites that provided secure voice and data communications for the US military.
Its capacity was 1300 voice channels or 100 Mbps of data.
Kennedy Space Center post stamp and DSCS 2 satellite.
